Job Description
New Brand Incubation & Development
Assist in the onboarding of new brands and guide them through the incubation journey.
Support brands in assortment planning, pricing strategy, and smooth catalog setup.
Help negotiate margins, procurement terms, and marketing budgets.
2. Key Accounts Governance
Monitor performance of assigned accounts and ensure compliance with set KPIs.
Build dashboards and performance trackers to highlight gaps and growth opportunities.
Report underperforming brands and recommend corrective actions.
3. Operational Management
Oversee daily operations for new brands including sourcing, procurement coordination, and inventory tracking.
Liaise with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution.
Track campaign participation and assist with marketing activations.
4. Business Development Support
Contribute to identifying new growth opportunities and initiatives for portfolio expansion.
Support senior managers in preparing joint business plans (JBPs), reviews, and presentations.
Assist in scouting and onboarding new brand partnerships.
Position Requirement
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; experience in FMCG or e-commerce is a plus.
Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (Power BI/Tableau knowledge is a plus).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive problem-solver with an eye for detail.
