Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Country performance lead to monitor, evaluate, and optimize the country’s performance. The ideal candidate will analyze performance metrics, identify trends and anomalies, and generate actionable insights to support business decisions. This role involves investigating both underperformance and exceptional performance, recommending targeted interventions to improve lagging segments, and leveraging insights from high-performing areas to replicate success across other business channels or segments. Key Responsibilities:
Analyze performance to assess business health, identify deviations from targets, and highlight key performance trends. Deliver clear, data-backed insights to support decision-making at various organizational levels. Identify and document cases of exceptional performance; collaborate with relevant teams to develop case studies and best practice models for replication across other business areas. Conduct root cause analysis of underperforming areas using quantitative and qualitative methods; recommend and track corrective actions. Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement performance improvement initiatives. Prepare executive-level reports to communicate findings, forecasts, and recommendations. Continuously refine performance measurement frameworks and KPIs in alignment with business goals.

Position Requirement

Required Skills/Abilities:
Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience Proven experience in driving commercial performance improvement (preferably in eCommerce environment). Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of commercial planning, P&L management, and financial analysis. Proficiency in data extraction via SQL and analytics tools & techniques, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Problem solving skills and analytical skills Highly adaptable to quick changing environment Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to drive and manage cross-functional teams and cross-cultural stakeholders Hands-on, results-oriented approach to executing category strategies/plans.
