Job Summary:
We are seeking an ERP Analyst with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to support finance and operations processes at Daraz. The role will focus on ensuring smooth month-end closing, functional banking integrations, and effective use of key Dynamics 365 modules (AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Taxation, Cash & Bank). The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with reconciliations in Excel, and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support monthly financial closing activities within Dynamics 365.
Oversee and troubleshoot banking integrations from a functional perspective.
Work across Dynamics 365 modules including:
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Fixed Assets
Taxation
Cash & Bank Management
Perform complex reconciliations using advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, macros preferred).
Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams to ensure accurate and timely data flow.
Provide user support and training on D365 functionalities as needed.
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and local statutory requirements.
Deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Continuously analyze business processes and recommend improvements to leverage Dynamics 365 capabilities.
Position Requirement
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or IT (preferred).
Minimum 2 years’ experience as an ERP Analyst / Functional Consultant
Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules.
Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, reconciliations).
Solid understanding of financial processes (AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Taxation, Banking, GL).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to quickly understand business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
High delivery rate and ability to work under pressure.
