Job Description

• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making for the logistics and fulfillment business segment across Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, and Myanmar regions. • Collaborate with senior management to identify key business drivers, evaluate financial performance, and offer recommendations. • Ensure accurate allocation of actual expenses to the appropriate cost centers, enhancing the accuracy and fairness of financial reporting. • Conduct cost variance analysis, highlighting variances between actual and budgeted figures at the cost group and element level, and reported the reasons for any outliers. • Conduct in-depth analysis of financial and operational data, identifying trends and risks, and preparing recommendations for cost improvement opportunities. • Spearhead cost control initiatives for warehouse and logistics, conducting both high-level and deep- dive analyses focused on cost-saving and efficiency improvements. • Assist in the preparation of board presentations and financial materials. • Excel in managing multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment

Position Requirement

The Finance Business Partner role is an individual contributor. The role will work very closely with all COOs independently, including senior leadership, regional FBP, regional Ops team. The role will also work with other functions like Controller, FP&A, Planning, etc. Responsibilities 1. Act as a strategic partner to the business leaders by providing financial insight and support to drive business growth and profitability. 2. Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial review process, ensuring accurate and timely financial plans. 3. In depth analysis of financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 4. Monitor and control the financial performance of the business unit and identify areas of risk, proposing solutions to mitigate those risks. 5. Provide financial support for regional and domestic business initiatives, including automation investments, network planning, partnerships, etc. 6. Proficient in MS office skills, particularly Excel. have in depth knowledge of Macros and Dashboards, Power BI is a plus.
