Job Description
1. Manage accounts by resolving any queries they have - serve as a single point of contact for account(s).
2. Coordinate with backend operations teams aligning pickups, deliveries, and re-attepmts, etc. for a smooth operational flow.
3. Monitor and manage performance of business and clients.
4. Prepare presentations decks and performance for clients visit daily, weekly, monthly.
5. Arrange client visits and MOUs events wherever possible.
Position Requirement
1. Client / supplier facing and negotiating experience.
2. Understanding of courier operations.
3. Internal and external stakeholders management with performance and proposals presentations.
4. Hands on experience with data analytics and performance management.
5. End to end account and client management experience.
6. 2+ years of experience
