Job Description
1. Assist in managing and maintaining financial records for the Shared Services department in Pakistan, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
2. Process financial transactions, including accounts receivable, and general ledger entries, in a timely and efficient manner.
3. Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting, providing insights to support decision-making for the management.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise.
5. Issuing invoices to the different clients pertains to different commercial domains and ensuring timely recoveries to be made.
6. Support the implementation of financial process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and controls.
Position Requirement
1. ACCA , / ACCA finalist.
2. More than 2 years of relevant work experience in a finance role, preferably in a shared services environment.
3. Strong understanding of accounting principles.
4. Experience with financial systems and software, such as ERP systems, is highly desirable.
5. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and present findings effectively.
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders within the organization.
7. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
