Job Summary:
This role will be responsible for driving the growth and optimization of Daraz’s affiliate ecosystem through strategic campaign execution, influencer partnerships, tier-based performance management, and scalable process improvement. The position will play a key role in delivering GMV impact during mega campaigns while ensuring partner engagement, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead execution of affiliate marketing strategies across major commercial events and seasonal mega campaigns.
• Identify, onboard, and manage KOLs/influencers through barter collaborations to deliver conversion-focused promotional content.
• Conduct post-campaign performance reviews, benchmarking results against historical trends and year-over-year growth.
• Monitor daily category performance, top-selling products, and cost metrics such as CPO to optimize affiliate efficiency.
• Manage tier-based affiliate segments and deploy customized bonus and incentive structures aligned with partner capacity.
• Act as the primary liaison for affiliate financial queries, including payment cycles, SLAs, and partner support processes.
• Drive partner activation through community engagement initiatives such as webinars, training sessions, and affiliate communication channels.
• Ensure traffic quality and compliance by auditing irregular patterns and proactively mitigating fraud risks.
• Collaborate with internal Commercial and Marketing teams to align affiliate pushes with stock availability and priority brand launches.
• Develop scalable onboarding resources, templates, and automation tools to support the growing affiliate base.
• Track and optimize key KPIs including GMV contribution, DAU, CVR, and overall budget efficiency.
• Support affiliate acquisition by scouting and onboarding new high-potential creators and partners.
