Summary
We are looking for a high-performing, analytically strong, and tech-enthusiastic Data Analyst to join our Customer Experience (CXP) BI team in Pakistan. This is a high-growth role at the heart of Daraz’s mission to deliver exceptional end-to-end customer experiences.
You will work closely with business leaders, product teams, operations, and senior management to drive decisions that directly influence customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and cost optimization. Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience Analytics
Analyze customer experience data to uncover trends, friction points, and actionable insights that drive service improvement.
Deliver data-driven recommendations that enhance customer satisfaction across all support channels.
Dashboarding & KPI Visibility
Build, automate, and maintain high-quality BI dashboards and reports (PowerBI/Tableau) to monitor CXP metrics and performance.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and cleanliness of data across reporting layers.
Root Cause Analysis & Problem-Solving
Conduct deep dives to identify root causes of customer issues and support data-driven decision-making.
Contribute to A/B tests, customer segmentation, and targeted analyses that improve service design and outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Translate business requirements into structured analytical approaches.
Partner with CXP operations, product, logistics, and marketplace teams to influence strategic initiatives and day-to-day problem solving.
Operational Excellence
Validate data sources, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and ensure the reliability of CXP datasets.
Prioritize and manage multiple analysis requests from business teams with clarity and ownership.

Position Requirement
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline from a reputable institution.
1+ years of experience in an analytical or data-driven role with strong hands-on SQL skills.
MS Excel expertise are good to have.
Working knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
Python knowledge is a plus (not required).
Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple projects with discipline and prioritization.
Strong communication skills with a problem-solving and collaborative mindset.
