1、Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven insights and visualizations for the Pakistan-Karachi office. 2、Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau or Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery. 3、Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business optimization. 4、Proactively identify areas for process improvement and automation, contributing to the enhancement of the BI infrastructure. 5、Provide ad-hoc data analysis and support decision-making processes, presenting findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.

1、Bachelor's degree or above in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, with a solid foundation in data analysis. 2、More than 1 years of experience in data analysis, proficient in SQL and at least one data analysis tool (such as Python or R). 3、Strong business acumen, able to translate complex data into actionable business insights. 4、Excellent communication skills to effectively convey data insights to non-technical stakeholders. 5、Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
