Job Description

Brand Acquisition & Sourcing Identify, prospect, and evaluate potential independent brands, private labels, or high-growth small businesses for acquisition or exclusive partnership across various categories. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to pinpoint gaps in our current brand portfolio and identify emerging trends and opportunities. Lead the initial outreach and relationship building with founders/owners, articulating our value proposition and the benefits of joining our incubation program. Prepare comprehensive business cases for promising acquisition targets, including financial projections (e.g., GMV potential, margin analysis) and strategic fit. Brand Incubation & Launch Project manage the end-to-end integration and launch of acquired/partnered brands onto our platform, ensuring a seamless transition. Act as the interim Brand Manager, working hands-on to define and execute the brand's initial market strategy, including: Product Assortment: Defining the initial catalog and pricing strategy. Content & Merchandising: Overseeing the creation of high-quality product listings, visual assets, and brand storytelling. Digital Strategy: Coordinating with Marketing teams on initial paid media, SEO, and social media campaigns for the brand launch. Develop and manage a clear incubation roadmap with key performance indicators (KPIs) focused on initial revenue generation, customer acquisition, and operational efficiency. Performance Monitoring & Handoff Track, analyze, and report on the performance of newly incubated brands against established goals (GMV, Conversion Rate, Customer Satisfaction). Identify immediate operational bottlenecks (e.g., supply chain, fulfillment, platform issues) and work cross-functionally to resolve them. Document successful strategies, processes, and playbooks to ensure a smooth and successful handoff to the long-term Brand/Category Management team post-incubation.

Position Requirement

1-3 years of experience in a high-growth environment, such as Brand Management, M&A, Business Development, e-commerce, or management consulting. Proven track record in lead generation, sales, or successful negotiation and partnership development. Highly analytical and data-driven: Proficient in using data (Excel, BI tools) to evaluate business potential, track performance, and make strategic recommendations. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills—you must be comfortable pitching to external brand owners and coordinating complex internal projects. Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
