Job Description
Marketplace Seller Operations
Lead daily operations for Mass Sellers and Long Tail Sellers.
Oversee onboarding, seller segmentation, KPI design, and training programs.
Maintain quality standards for listings including content accuracy and categorization.
Seller Engagement & Incubation
Drive engagement and performance of small and medium sellers.
Design and execute incubation frameworks to help underperforming or new sellers ramp up.
Business Development & Growth
Launch seller acquisition and retention campaigns.
Collaborate with marketing and category teams to align seller growth with platform initiatives.
Performance Analytics & Reporting
Analyze GMV, seller activity, fulfillment, and return metrics.
Prepare and present periodic dashboards and strategic performance reviews.
Design incentive programs for hunters and KAMs to boost acquisition efforts and drive sales growth
Presenting periodic updates during WBR and MBR sessions to senior management
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with logistics, finance, tech, and customer support teams.
Ensure alignment with seller SLAs, policy compliance, and platform experience.
Process & Policy Development
Establish and refine seller SOPs, guidelines, and escalation workflows.
Lead operational improvements to enhance seller efficiency and satisfaction.
Implement best practices for inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service
Position Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Business, E‑commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.
Deep understanding of platforms such as Daraz, Amazon, Shopify, or local B2C marketplaces.
Proven experience in seller engagement, growth programs, or incubation.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets or BI tools.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team leadership abilities.
Fluent in English; Urdu or regional language skills are a plus.
