Daraz PK-Ethics & Integrity Lead-People

Oversee and conduct complex and thorough investigations across multiple business segments in Daraz by receiving and assigning allegations from a variety of channels, using internal and/or external resources as appropriate Develop investigative theory and utilize specialized techniques to gather and evaluate evidence to perform analysis and draw findings Conduct and instruct interviews of direct and indirect witnesses to present findings to business units and law enforcement agencies Identify vulnerabilities and recommend business process refinement Prepare reports and evidence to meet legal and regulatory requirements for presentations

Fluent speaking and writing skills in English and local language(Urdu). 8 years of working experience in conducting multiple judicial investigations with a strong ability to independently carry out and complete complicated investigations. Strong ability to coordinate legal resources and knowledge of criminal law, public security, civil law, or corporate law Experience in a law enforcement, legal department, professional regulatory body or similar organization with a judicial background, multinational corporate background, or overseas compliance background preferred Strong organizational and prioritization skills so that you can handle a variety of projects simultaneously and be adaptable and flexible while responding to deadlines and workflow fluctuations Ability to prepare cases and work constructively with law enforcement in pursuit of detailed investigations, prosecution and restitution, while maintaining confidentiality What we offer:
