Job Description

Job Summary: Serve as a strategic finance partner to business unit leaders, delivering financial insights, analysis, and guidance to drive informed decision-making, optimize performance, and support the achievement of organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities: Provide diligent oversight of the overall Profit and Loss (P&L) for the PK, conducting thorough analysis to ensure financial health and performance alignment with organizational objectives Take ownership of monthly financial targets, and tracking overall P&L performance, conducting regular performance assessments to track progress and proactively identify opportunities for P&L optimization Lead strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing operating expenses, employing analytical insights to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive efficiencies across the organization Support commercial and operational initiatives by modeling financial scenarios, conducting ROI analysis, and evaluating business cases Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline finance processes, enhancing operational efficiency, accuracy, and the relevance of financial reporting and analysis Execute ad hoc financial analyses and projects, providing valuable insights and strategic support to drive informed decision-making and business growth Assume responsibility for the accurate and comprehensive reporting of financial results, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, accompanied by insightful commentary to facilitate stakeholder understanding and decision-making

Position Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Fresh – 5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, business partnering, or commercial finance roles Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with a proven ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Netsuite) is a plus Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels Commercial mindset, proactive problem-solver, and capable of balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
