Job Description
1、Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the First Mile and Sort Centers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to the distribution network.
2、Oversee a team of warehouse personnel, providing training, guidance, and performance management to maintain high productivity and quality standards.
3、Implement and monitor operational processes, optimizing workflows to minimize delays and enhance operational efficiency.
4、Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, conducting regular audits and addressing any identified risks or hazards.
5、Collaborate with other departments, such as transportation and logistics, to streamline the supply chain and improve overall customer satisfaction.
6、Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
7、Manage inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to maintain stock accuracy and prevent stockouts.
8、Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to the First Mile and Sort processes, maintaining a high level of customer service.
Position Requirement
1、Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
2、Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with a focus on First Mile and Sort processes.
3、Proven leadership skills, with experience managing a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
4、Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and inventory control practices.
5、Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
6、Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve operational performance.
7、Familiarity with industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to warehouse operations.
8、Effective problem-solving skills, able to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
