Job Description
Oversee the HR Service Delivery model, managing outsourced vendors and ensuring efficient regional operations.
Address and resolve complex employee relations issues through thorough and objective investigations while fostering positive work relationships.
Evaluate and optimize team structures within the logistics business unit, leveraging market research and competitive insights.
Analyze workforce data to identify trends, improve employee performance, ensure retention, and enhance overall employee experience.
Provide ongoing HR policy guidance and employee life cycle support for both full-time and contractual staff.
Collaborate with leadership to build morale, strengthen organizational culture, and boost productivity and retention rates.
Monitor the impact of HR programs and provide insights through key performance metrics.
Stay updated on industry best practices, implementing innovative HR strategies to position the organization as a leader in the HR space.
Act as a key liaison with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to coordinate the design and implementation of people strategies, programs, and processes.
Position Requirement
• BBA/MBA with majors in Human Resource Management
• 5-8 years of experience in HRBP role
• Ability to quickly scale up and develop a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
