Have a pulse of the business unit and constantly think about how to improve the effectiveness of the business unit - by looking at teams, structure, and processes.
Work closely with leadership and teams to improve work relationships, build morale/culture and increase productivity and retention.
Review and analyze people-related data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
Interpret and present data & analytics in a way that provides meaningful insight to the business.
Offer HR policy guidance and advise over the Employee Life Cycle matters for both FTE & CTE staff.
Ensure seamless execution of all People Practice programs and processes within the BU.
Being updated with the best HR practices across industry and create thought leadership in the HR space by implementing innovative programs
Works closely with management and employees on employee engagement, including improving work relationships, building morale, increasing productivity and retention.
Monitors the effectiveness of HR Programs through the tracking of key measures.
Acts as liaison with other HR COE teams to coordinate development of programs, systems and processes to be used to support the business.
Act in both strategic and tactical capacities providing full life-cycle Human Resources support
Be accountable for the HR Service Delivery via multiple Outsourced Vendors for their respective region.
Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
Position Requirement
6+ years of experience in the Human Resource department with at least 4 years in a Business Partnering role.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
Excellent knowledge of Employee Life Cycle, Labor Laws and HR best practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
