Job Description
• Operational Management
o Oversee complete hub operations, including inbound, outbound, dispatch, and H2H.
o Maintain zero backlog status by monitoring Shipped, TTS, LH, CR and other daily backlogs.
o Ensure timely NSA monitoring, reshipping and CTRO execution within SLA.
o Verify commercial holds and ensure timely resolution.
• Team & Rider Management
o Supervise in-house staff and DHs, ensuring adherence to SOPs and 5S principles.
o Manage rosters, attendance, and resource availability to support daily workflows.
o Drive rider efficiency, delivery success rate, and performance improvement.
• Performance & KPI Delivery
o Own and deliver hub KPIs: On-time Handover, Backlog, Efficiency, CR and Success Rate.
o Identify and close operational gaps, minimizing losses and leakages through KAIZEN.
• Compliance & Coordination
o Ensure strict discipline, SOP compliance, and effective use of IT equipment.
o Work in close coordination with RM North for seamless operations and reporting.
o Ensure timely sharing of operational updates and reports.
• Customer & Service Quality
o Monitor delivery exceptions and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
o Drive customer satisfaction through operational excellence and service quality
Position Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in logistics, e-commerce, or last-mile operations.
• Strong people management and operational execution skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
