Job Description
1- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the last mile delivery process, including route planning, driver assignments, and tracking of deliveries.
2 - Lead and supervise a team of Hub Lead. Provide guidance, training, and performance management to ensure a productive and motivated team. Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency, minimize travel time, and ensure on-time delivery.
3 - Recruit, train, and manage a team and ensure excellent customer service throughout the last mile delivery process. Implement quality control measures to ensure accurate and undamaged deliveries.
4 - Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to last mile delivery operations, such as on-time delivery, delivery efficiency, rider dispatch, and other LM compliances. Generate reports and provide insights to management.
5 -Utilize delivery management systems, track N trace, and other relevant technologies to streamline and optimize the last mile delivery process. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance operations.
6 -Identify areas for process improvement within the last mile delivery operations. Propose and implement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. Seek feedback from DHs/drivers and customers to drive continuous improvement.
