• Project & Program Execution: Manage multiple initiatives in parallel, ensuring a structured and disciplined approach to execution.
• Product Management: Lead and manage CX products from inception to launch, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Gain exposure to complex, cross-functional challenges, translating them into AI-driven solutions.
• Data reporting: Automate AI performance reporting pipelines, with dashboards and insights tailored for leadership teams.
• Data Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making, identify opportunities for improvement, and measure product performance.
• Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve product development processes and workflows to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Structured & Systematic Problem-Solving: Identify and analyze complex business challenges, break them down into manageable components, and develop logical solutions.
• People Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of product professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
• Risk Management & Mitigation: Proactively identify potential risks, analyze impact, and develop structured mitigation plans.
• Systematic Issue Resolution: Manage and analyze CXP system bugs, escalate them to appropriate teams, and implement logical solutions for long-term stability.
Position Requirement
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Computing or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in product management, product operations, or project management, preferably in E-commerce, customer experience or AI domain.
• Demonstrated experience in people management, including leading, mentoring, and developing teams to achieve outstanding results.
• Deep understanding of product development frameworks, Agile methodologies, and structured problem-solving techniques.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and drive product optimizations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to align business, tech, and operations teams.
• Proven ability to design and implement structured, scalable processes for efficiency and reliability.
• Experience with system integrations, third-party vendor management, and operational workflows.
• Strong command over Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis. Knowledge of basic programming languages such as SQL/Python is preferred.
