Job Description

Job Summary: The Program Manager will play a key role in managing post-implementation projects related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Azure. While the core implementations are already complete, the Project Manager will oversee enhancements, integrations, and development initiatives. This role requires strong experience with Agile and Scrum frameworks, as the Project Manager will drive delivery using agile methodologies, working closely with Functional Consultants (FCs), the Finance team, and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage post-implementation projects for MS Dynamics 365 and Azure-based solutions. Drive system integration, customization, and enhancement projects, ensuring platforms work seamlessly across business functions. Apply Agile and Scrum practices to plan, execute, and deliver high-quality solutions. Collaborate closely with Functional Consultants (FCs) and Finance stakeholders to capture requirements and ensure alignment with business needs. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and ensure agile best practices are followed. Oversee development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation. Act as a key liaison between technical teams, business users, and senior management. Foster continuous improvement, transparency, and collaboration across teams.

Position Requirement

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager in technology-driven projects. 5-7 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and Azure implementations (prior implementation experience is a must). Solid background in leading development and integration projects post-implementation. Hands-on experience working with Agile and Scrum frameworks; proven track record of managing projects in an agile environment. Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience managing Functional Consultants and Tech teams. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities. Preferred / Good-to-Have Experience working with SAP systems. Prior exposure to B2B companies, especially in commerce, retail, or logistics. Experience working in high-growth environments similar to Daraz, with a strong focus on scalability and integration. Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP) are an advantage.
