Job Description
Develop, implement, and maintain organizational structure blueprints to ensure efficiency and effectiveness company-wide. Develop, implement and maintain a Job Architecture including frameworks for job grading, leveling, job families, Job descriptions, position benchmarking.
Conduct regular job evaluations, audits of organizational structure, and recommend improvements for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
Analyse processes and workflows to identify improvement areas, make recommendations and implement changes
Drive strategic workforce planning in partnership with leadership and business partners, covering critical talent management, succession planning, internal mobility, and skills matrices.
Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to analyze organizational structure and processes, continuously identifying and implementing actionable improvements.
Collaborate with the data team to analyze headcount trends, maintain accurate workforce data, and provide insights to support future headcount planning and organizational growth.
Translate high-level business priorities into clear, actionable project plans with defined scope, milestones, and success criteria.
Collaborate closely with senior management at the company and with external experts as required.
Monitor and integrate industry trends and best practices in both organizational design and employee engagement.
Track, evaluate, and report on the success of programs and initiatives, ensuring continuous alignment with organizational goals.
Position Requirement
Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
8+ years of relevant experience.
Problem solving skills and analytical skills.
Highly adaptable to quick changing environment.
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to drive and manage cross-functional teams and cross-cultural stakeholders.
Deep knowledge and understanding of industry best practices regarding Job Evaluations will be highly beneficial (Hay/KornFerry/Mercer).
