Job Description
1. Manage and optimize pickup routes for nation-wide operation, ensuring efficient and timely pickup of packages from stations, sellers and business customers.
2. Develop and implement routing strategies that minimize transportation costs while maintaining high service levels.
3. Analyze data to identify trends, forecast demand, and adjust routes accordingly to enhance operational efficiency.
4. Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse teams to streamline processes and improve overall supply chain performance.
5. Supervise a team of drivers, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
6. Maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as transport companies, to negotiate contracts and manage service quality.
7. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management, proposing corrective actions when necessary.
Position Requirement
1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. Above six years of experience in route management, preferably in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
3. Solid understanding of transportation operations, route optimization techniques, and logistics management systems.
4. Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing and coaching a team to achieve performance targets.
5. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
6. Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
7. Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards, ensuring compliance in all operational aspects.
