Job Description

1. Collaboration with Manager: Work closely with the Manager of Seller Governance to ensure alignment and support in achieving compliance goals. 2. Project Support and Execution: Take responsibility for end-to-end project execution and management. Develop project plans, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of objectives. Monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment with compliance goals. 3. Compliance Operations Support: Assist in executing compliance projects in line with the annual roadmap, ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are met and compliance standards are upheld. 4. Seller Performance Task Execution and Reporting: Efficiently complete delegated tasks, maintain trackers, and execute weekly reports, including the Product Quality Index and Seller Scorecard. 5. Data Analysis and Quality Improvement: Analyze seller performance data to identify non-compliance trends and contribute to improvement strategies. Actively work on the Seller Quality Improvement Plan, identifying sellers with quality issues and sharing improvement plans. 6. Documentation Management: Maintain and update compliance process documentation, ensuring visibility and accessibility for all stakeholders. 7. Regional Coordination: Support the implementation of compliance best practices across all ventures and assist in regional initiatives. 8. KPI Monitoring: Track, report, and analyze compliance metrics to ensure accuracy, consistency, and achievement of yearly targets. 9. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing existing processes to improve non-compliance detection and resolution. 10. Seller Awareness and Support: Assist in seller education projects to educate sellers about their performance and compliance standards, offering insights and clear communication to promote adherence. 11. Collaboration with Commercial, Product, and Data Teams: Work closely with commercial, product, and data teams to deliver compliance-related projects and insights and assist with compliance implementation where required. 12. Process Automation Support: Help identify bottlenecks in current processes and contribute to testing and implementing automated solutions. 13. Daily and Weekly Compliance Tasks: Execute routine compliance tasks to enhance seller performance and ensure adherence to standards.

Position Requirement

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field like Business, Project Management etc. 2. Skills: oStrong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel. o Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects from planning to execution. o Strong stakeholder management skills to effectively coordinate with diverse teams. 3. Attributes: A keen eye for detail, a passion for process improvement, and a collaborative mindset.
