Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Seller Programs Manager to monitor and drive a portfolio of seller programs. The ideal candidate will analyze performance metrics, identify trends and anomalies, and generate actionable insights to drive adoption, revenue & support commercial topline. The ideal candidate will combine analytical rigor with strategic thinking to present actionable insights, suggest executive-level recommendations & deliver results
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze & report performance of the portfolio of seller programs
• Deliver clear, data-backed insights to support programs' adoption
• Identify and document cases of exceptional performance; collaborate with relevant teams to develop case studies and best practice models for replication across other industries & business verticals
• Conduct root cause analysis of underperforming areas using quantitative and qualitative methods; recommend and track corrective actions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement performance improvement initiatives.
• Prepare executive-level reports to communicate findings, forecasts, and recommendations.
Position Requirement
• Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (Master's Preferable)
• Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience
• Proven track record of shaping and advancing key business domain/s
• Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of commercial planning, P&L management, and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical & data visualization skills preferably experience of working with SQL &/or other analytics tools
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities—able to influence without authority.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to drive and manage cross-functional teams and cross-cultural stakeholders
• Strategic & Problem Solving mindset with attention to detail and a passion for turning data into action.
