1、Manage and coordinate the daily operations of a specific shift, ensuring smooth workflow and productivity. 2、Supervise team members, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction. 3、Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and secure work environment. 4、Resolve customer complaints and address team members' issues promptly and effectively. 5、Assist in scheduling and assigning tasks to team members based on business needs and individual strengths. 6、Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions. 7、Collaborate with other shift leads and management to share best practices and maintain consistent standards across all shifts. 8、Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory, sales, and labor data. 9、Anticipate and prepare for potential challenges during the shift, such as peak hours or unexpected events. 10、Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace

1、High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 2 years of relevant work experience in a supervisory role. 2、Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members. 3、Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, in English. 4、Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. 5、Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills. 6、Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed. 7、Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and company initiatives. 8、Basic understanding of inventory management and labor cost control. 9、Customer-focused mindset and commitment to providing exceptional service. 10、Proven ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions in real-time.
