Daraz Store Expert

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Daraz Store Expert to oversee and manage our online store operations on Daraz. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining store performance, ensuring smooth order processing, and driving online sales through effective product listings, advertising, and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and operate the company’s Daraz online store.
• Create, upload, and optimize product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Plan and execute Daraz Ads / Sponsored Campaigns to maximize visibility and sales.
• Monitor stock levels, update inventory, and coordinate with internal teams.
• Track orders, shipments, and parcel delivery status to ensure timely customer fulfillment.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Analyze store performance metrics, identify trends, and suggest improvement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Daraz policies, guidelines, and promotional requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends, Daraz campaigns, and platform updates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience managing Daraz.
• Strong understanding of Daraz Seller Center tools and functions.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, advertising, and analytics is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
