Key Responsibilities 
  Consulting & Strategy 
  - Partner with clients to understand their business goals, particularly in marketing, customer experience, and digital transformation.
- Translate marketing challenges into data and AI solutions (e.g., segmentation, recommendation engines, predictive analytics, customer lifetime value models).
- Develop roadmaps for implementing AI-driven marketing solutions that improve personalization, targeting, and campaign performance.
 Data & AI Solutioning 
  - Design, build, and implement AI/ML models for marketing applications (e.g., churn prediction, lead scoring, NLP for sentiment analysis, dynamic pricing).
- Work with structured and unstructured data to generate insights that inform brand, product, and digital strategies.
- Assess and integrate marketing technology platforms (CRM, CDP, marketing automation tools) with data pipelines and AI solutions.
- Explore and apply Agentic AI frameworks to enable autonomous decision-making, workflow orchestration, and adaptive personalization in marketing use cases
 Marketing Analytics & Insights 
  - Deliver advanced marketing analytics, including campaign effectiveness, attribution modeling, and customer journey analysis.
- Build dashboards and visualizations that communicate data-driven stories to marketing and leadership teams.
- Provide actionable insights that drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
 Client Engagement & Enablement 
  - Act as a trusted advisor to marketing and business stakeholders.
- Lead workshops and training sessions on AI in marketing (generative AI, personalization, predictive modeling).
- Stay ahead of AI, data, and marketing technology trends to guide clients on emerging opportunities.
 
  
  
  - 4+ years of work experience.
- Good knowledge of AI/ML techniques (classification, clustering, NLP, recommendation engines, generative AI).
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and programming (Python, R, SQL, Power BI/Tableau).
- Experience with marketing technology platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, Google Analytics).
- Experience in building Agentic AI systems, conversational AI / AI bots , Prompting  
- Familiarity with cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS, GCP) for AI deployment.
 Professional Skills 
  - Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to simplify complex data concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong client-facing consulting experience.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
