We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Insights & Experimentation Specialist to drive data-backed decision-making across product, marketing, and customer experience initiatives. In this role, you will design rigorous experiments, build analytical frameworks, and deliver insights that shape strategy and accelerate business growth. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of data, experimentation, and business impact, and enjoys transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations.

Lead the creation, execution, and evaluation of A/B and multivariate experiments to validate product and marketing hypotheses.

Build intuitive dashboards and visual insights in Tableau to track performance metrics and business KPIs.

Develop complex SQL queries to explore large datasets and uncover meaningful patterns and opportunities.

Use Python to automate workflows, run statistical models, and support advanced analytical needs.

Conduct cohort studies, trend investigations, behavioral segmentation, and performance deep dives.

Partner closely with product managers, marketers, and business leaders to influence decisions with data-backed insights.

Present analytical findings and improvement recommendations clearly to stakeholders across the organization.

6–8 years of professional experience in data-driven roles such as experimentation, product insights, or business analytics.

Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for data processing and statistical analysis.

Strong expertise in Tableau, including dashboard creation, data modeling, and visualization storytelling.

Hands-on experience running experimentation programs, measuring statistical validity, and interpreting results.

Ability to break down complex problems, identify root causes, and deliver structured insights.

Excellent communication skills and comfort engaging with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
