Data Analysis and Digital Integration Specialist (Arabic Speaker)

Job Objective

To lead strategic and operational projects, analyze data for decision-making, develop policies based on insights, and enable digital transformation through electronic system integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and monitor strategic and operational project plans.
  • Analyze numbers, financial indicators, and statistical data to extract accurate insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare and review impactful policy and analytical studies.
  • Coordinate and implement electronic integrations between internal and external systems.
  • Design and build interactive dashboards for performance monitoring.
  • Apply artificial intelligence techniques to enhance institutional performance.
  • Prepare and deliver professional PowerPoint presentations.

Required Qualifications And Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analysis, Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in project management and data analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools: Power BI, Excel, SQL
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project or Jira.
  • Experience in public policy analysis and impact assessment.
  • Good understanding of electronic integration (APIs – Web Services).
  • Familiarity with AI concepts and their application in business.
  • Strong ability to understand and analyze numerical and statistical data in an operational context.

  • PMP – Project Management Professional
  • Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate (Power BI)
  • Google Data Analytics Certificate
  • Microsoft AI Fundamentals (AI-900)
  • Scrum Master / Agile Foundation

  • Effective Business Presentation (LinkedIn Learning)
