Job Summary:

We are looking for a Data Analysis cum MIS Executive to support decision-making by analysing data, creating reports, and developing dashboards. This role combines data management, reporting, and dashboard creation to track and present key metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Gather, clean, and analyse data to generate reports on business performance (daily, weekly, monthly). Perform trend and variance analysis to uncover insights and opportunities.
• MIS Reporting:

Develop, maintain, and automate MIS reports to deliver accurate and timely business insights. Collaborate with teams to customize reports for different needs.

• Dashboard Development & Management:

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) to visualize key metrics. Ensure dashboards are real-time, user-friendly, and reflect accurate data.Present complex data clearly using charts and graphs to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement in reporting. Work with IT teams to streamline data extraction and reporting workflows.Ensure data quality and consistency across all reports and dashboards. Regularly update data sources and maintain documentation.Work with departments (e.g., Finance, Marketing) to understand their data needs. Provide guidance on interpreting data and reports.Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience: 2-4 years in data analysis, business intelligence, or MIS.
• Technical Skills:
• Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Macros).
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
• Familiarity with data management tools and programming languages (Python, R).
• Analytical: Strong ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills to convey data insights to non-technical audiences.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure high accuracy in reports and dashboards.
• Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with automation tools (Power Automate, VBA).
• Experience in advanced statistical analysis and data modeling.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
