Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analysis Senior Specialist to join our Advanced Analyitcs unit. The role focuses on fraud detection analytics, risk pattern identification, and delivering actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to analyze complex datasets, detect anomalies, develop monitoring frameworks, and produce high-quality reports and insights.
This role requires strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and the ability to translate complex data findings into clear, impactful communication.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze large and complex datasets to identify fraud patterns, anomalies, and risk indicators

Develop and maintain fraud detection reports, dashboards, and monitoring frameworks

Support the design and refinement of detection logic, thresholds, and analytical models

Perform deep-dive investigations on suspicious behaviors and emerging patterns

Translate analytical findings into clear, structured insights and executive-ready reports

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve detection accuracy and reduce false positives

Present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders and external clients

Contribute to continuous improvement of analytics processes, data quality, and reporting standards
Job Requirements
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field
Experience
-
4–6 years of experience in data analysis, fraud analytics, risk analytics, or related fields

Experience working with large datasets in structured environments
Technical Skills

Strong SQL skills (data extraction, aggregation, joins, window functions)

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)

Proficiency in Excel for analytical tasks

Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a plus

Understanding of anomaly detection, risk metrics, or fraud analytics concepts is preferred
