Job Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and maintain data related to sales, purchase, inventory, and customer records.
- Use MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, reports) to analyze and present business data.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry with strong typing speed (minimum 14+).
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for management.
- Track and reconcile jewellery stock, orders, and dispatch records.
- Identify trends and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, and production teams for data accuracy.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Strong command over MS Excel (advanced formulas, data cleaning, reporting).
- Typing speed of 14+ with high accuracy.
- Detail-oriented with excellent numerical and analytical ability.
- Knowledge of jewellery industry data (purchase, sales, inventory) preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience with Tally / ERP / Jewellery software is an added advantage.
