Data Analyst

Role Overview:

iFM is looking for a Data Analyst with 2+ years of experience to support data-driven decision-making. This role will focus on analyzing and reporting on data while also contributing to broader business analytics. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly skilled in Advanced Excel, Power BI, and comfortable working with large datasets to provide actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze HR and business data to support organizational reporting needs.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel and other BI tools.
• Provide insights on workforce trends, employee performance metrics and other HR analytics.
• Collaborate with HR and management teams to support digital transformation and data-driven initiatives.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency and confidentiality of employee and business data.
• Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes and automate manual tasks

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a data analysis or reporting role.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, formulas) and Power BI.
• Knowledge of Tableau or other Business Intelligence tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Attention to detail, accuracy and ability to meet deadlines..
