Data Analyst

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

Salary range: Rs 600000 - Rs 1200000 (ie INR 6-12 LPA)

As a Data Analyst , you will be responsible for converting raw data into meaningful insights that inform business decisions across growth, marketing, and category functions. You will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify trends, monitor KPIs, and support smarter, faster execution.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze business, customer, and operational data.
• Develop dashboards and reports using SQL, Excel, or BI tools to provide leadership with clear visibility.
• Monitor and track key performance metrics such as AOV, CAC, LTV, conversion funnels, and retention cohorts.
• Identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights to improve growth strategies and streamline operations.
