Description:


We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Python, Power BI visualization and design, along with experience in data engineering and business intelligence. This role is critical in designing, optimizing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines, ensuring efficient data processing and integration across business systems along with translating complex business requirements into compelling, interactive dashboards and reports that drive data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with stakeholders across departments to enhance data accessibility, automation and ensure that visual analytics align with business objectives and offer actionable insights.

As our Data Analyst, you will know you are successful in this role if you are able to do the following confidently and independently:

  • Design, build, and optimize Fabric Pipelines for seamless data movement, transformation, and automation.
  • Implement Fabric Data Factory workflows for ETL orchestration, ensuring performance, scalability, and efficiency within a Fabric-driven ecosystem.
  • Support Lakehouse structures using Fabric’s Bronze, Silver, and Gold Medallion methodology for organized, high-quality data processing.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and governance through Microsoft Purview and Fabric compliance frameworks.
  • Integrate APIs and external systems to enhance interoperability, automation, and data accessibility across Fabric environments.
  • Design, develop, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize key business metrics.
  • Develop data models that support business intelligence reporting.
  • Implement best practices in visualization design, ensuring clarity, usability, and impact.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
Requirements:


What we are looking for...

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, or related fields.
  • Minimum experience requirements: At least one year of relevant experience with a master's degree or three years with a bachelor's degree in data engineering, analytics, or business intelligence.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Medallion Architecture, Fabric Data Factory, and Lakehouse design principles.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Power Query, and Delta Lake management.
  • Proven expertise in Power BI dashboard development and design.
  • Advanced proficiency in DAX, Power Query, SQL, and data modeling.
  • Experience working with large datasets and ensuring efficient data processing.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate technical findings into business-friendly insights.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
