About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics Specialist with strong expertise in Power BI and Databricks (including Unity Catalogue) to support cross-functional business teams. The ideal candidate will bring domain knowledge in Sales, Finance, or Supply Chain, and excel in engaging with DPMs, BAs, and senior stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver impactful analytics solutions. This role combines hands-on technical skills with business acumen, ensuring that complex data is transformed into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional business teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver insights.
- Develop and optimize data pipelines and analytics solutions using Databricks (Unity Catalogue) and Azure cloud.
- Design and build advanced Power BI dashboards with strong visualization and analytics capabilities.
- Perform data wrangling, cleaning, and transformation to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, actionable data solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive data-driven decision making across Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain domains.
- Ensure data governance, master data management, and metadata management are properly implemented.
- Write efficient, production-level SQL, Python, or PySpark code for analytics and reporting.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related STEM field.
- 5+ years of experience in an analytics-focused role.
- Proven ability to engage senior business stakeholders and manage complex requirements.
- Hands-on expertise in Databricks (Unity Catalogue) within Azure cloud environments.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI for advanced analytics and visualization.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or PySpark with the ability to write production-ready code.
- Deep knowledge of data wrangling, cleaning, and transformation.
- Familiarity with data governance, master data, and metadata management.
Nice to Have
- Domain knowledge in Sales, Finance, or Supply Chain analytics.
- Exposure to machine learning or predictive analytics in Databricks.
- Experience in Agile methodologies for project delivery.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
