Data Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our team and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in statistical analysis, SQL, and BI tools, with the ability to uncover insights, build dashboards, and tell compelling data stories that influence strategy and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
• Design and develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
• Apply statistical methods, A/B testing, and advanced analytics to support business decisions.
• Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, reports, and business intelligence tools.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across systems.
• Present insights in a clear, compelling, and actionable way to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–8 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in R* and SQL*.
• Expertise in data analysis, statistical analysis, and A/B testing.
• Experience with BI tools and dashboard creation (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of data visualization techniques and storytelling with data.
• Ability to work with large datasets and apply advanced analytics.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month
