Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with 4–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL and a proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional business stakeholders such as Marketing and Finance. This role requires both technical proficiency and the ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries, reports, and dashboards to support business needs.
• Partner with Marketing, Finance, and other departments to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Translate business questions into analytical problems and deliver clear, actionable solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across multiple sources and platforms.
• Support strategic decision-making with ad-hoc and recurring analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• 4–5 years of hands-on experience with SQL (advanced level).
• Proven experience collaborating with business stakeholders (Marketing, Finance, etc.) to drive insights and decisions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
• Industry knowledge in subscription models and apps.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
