Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for a Data Analyst who will turn numbers into insights that directly shape our games. You’ll work across product, design, and development to make sure every decision is backed by data.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product, design, and development teams to guide game direction using data.
• Define key metrics, design experiments, and analyze player behavior to support feature development and live ops.
• Build and maintain dashboards and KPIs to monitor game health and performance.
• Share clear, actionable insights that drive player engagement and growth.
• Analyze A/B tests to optimize in-game features, monetization, and engagement.
• Conduct deep analyses to evaluate the effects of product and marketing initiatives.
• Work with tools such as Looker, BigQuery, and Firebase to power decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Firebase, BigQuery, and Looker.
• Familiarity with marketing measurement platforms such as Appsflyer or Adjust.
• Distinctive problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Prior experience as a Data Analyst in free-to-play mobile games is a strong plus.
• Strong ability to use AI tools to speed up analysis and processes.
