About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will bring strong problem-solving skills, statistical knowledge, and a passion for data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate raw data into actionable insights that drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
• Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and identify patterns, trends, and correlations.
• Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams to define metrics and measure success.
• Conduct hypothesis testing and support decision-making with data-backed recommendations.
• Automate recurring analysis and reporting tasks for efficiency.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field from a Tier-1 college.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation.
• Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Hands-on knowledge of Python/R for data analysis and modeling.
• Solid understanding of statistics, hypothesis testing, and data manipulation techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle large datasets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to simplify complex insights for stakeholders.

Good to Have:

• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
• Familiarity with data warehousing solutions (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, etc.).
• Knowledge of Excel for advanced data handling.
• Exposure to business domains such as e-commerce, fintech, SaaS, or B2C products.
