Data Analyst

We are hiring a proactive and skilled Data Analyst to join the team. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
This role goes beyond traditional reporting — the right candidate will combine analytics, AI, and workflow automation to drive efficiency, insights, and smarter business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret large, complex datasets to identify insights, trends, and opportunities.
Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Google Looker Studio.
Design and implement workflow automations using Zapier, Make, n8n (or similar tools) to streamline reporting and reduce manual effort.
Apply AI-powered tools (e.g. ChatGPT, CoPilot, Claude or machine learning solutions) to enhance reporting, automate analysis, and detect anomalies.
Integrate multiple data sources (CRM, web analytics, marketing platforms, insurance systems) into unified reporting frameworks.
Develop predictive models and use AI-driven forecasting for better business planning.
Translate data and AI-driven insights into clear recommendations for decision-makers.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
Minimum 3-4 years of strong hands-on experience with Power BI and Google Looker Studio.
Proven knowledge of workflow automation tools like Zapier, Make, n8n.
Proficiency in AI-powered analytics and automation tools (prompt engineering, AI dashboards, anomaly detection).
Solid skills in Excel and SQL for querying and data manipulation.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and storytelling skills with data.
Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to stakeholders.
