POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Data Analyst, you will analyze internal sales data and external market trends to identify patterns, assess performance, and uncover growth opportunities. You’ll work closely with sales, marketing, product, and leadership teams to deliver actionable insights that improve decision-making and drive business success.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze historical sales performance across various regions, vehicle categories, and customer segments.
  • Identify areas of underperformance or overperformance and provide recommendations for corrective or scaling strategies.
  • Evaluate market trends, pricing data, and competitor activity to support strategic planning.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track KPIs and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business questions and translate them into data analysis tasks.
  • Monitor ongoing performance and trends to support campaign optimization, inventory planning, and customer targeting.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in all reporting and analysis.
  • Support ad hoc data requests and strategic projects with insightful, data-backed analysis.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a data analyst role or similar position.
  • Strong skills in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI, or Looker.
  • Solid understanding of statistical analysis, forecasting, and data modeling.
  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
