We are hiring for?
Group IT Delivery Center (India) team is part of ANDRITZ GROUP IT responsible for implementation, support, and maintenance of word class IT systems to ANDRITZ GROUP companies. Global Delivery Center (India) is working as service provider to the ANDRITZ GROUP IT Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Development and maintenance of the Service Portfolio KPI dashboard supports the SMO to identify Services that deviate from the promised customer requirements and customer experience
  • Collaboration with the Service Area Managers and Service Owners to define and measure meaningful KPIs for their IT Services to support service excellence
  • Development and maintenance of the Release Planning dashboard creates transparency for the IT management about planned and ongoing GROW initiatives
  • Development and maintenance of KPIs for the Release planning process to measure the success of the Release Planning process
  • Support of Project managers with the Release planning process ensures proper and smooth planning of GROW initiatives
  • Development and maintenance of a KPI framework, KPI dashboard(s) and KPI process(es) in close alignment with the Strategy & Governance function enables measuring the performance of crucial sections of ANDRITZ IT and supports decision making
  • The KPIA role contributes to the continuous improvement of the entire ANDRITZ IT organization by developing and maintaining KPIs and dashboard solutions. Its key strength lies in its flexibility to integrate across various areas of the organization, leveraging experience and a holistic perspective to drive better outcomes.
  • Preparation and visualization of meaningful KPIs for projects and IT services for the participants of the ABIC meeting supports IT management in decision making

Technical Skills (knowledge):
  • Detailed knowledge of KPI design and performance measurement methodologies
  • Significant experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Microsoft Power BI & Excel
  • Competence in creating professional dashboards and automated reports
  • Detailed knowledge in process improvement, data analytics and performance monitoring
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Clear documentation and communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to take full ownership of the assigned tasks and responsibility area
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, Atlassian JIRA and Confluence
  • Interest & preferable experience with AI in the area of KPIs, performance measurement, data analytics or other related areas

Certification:
  • Certification in Service management (ITIL v4) and project management (IPMA, PMP or PRINCE2)
