Data Analyst

We are preferably looking for a female Data Analyst to join our team and help drive data-based decision-making across departments. You will be responsible for creating dashboards, automating reports, analyzing data, and supporting leadership with key business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

· Create and manage Power BI dashboards for daily KPIs, monthly performance, and reports on complaints, services, and revenue.

· Automate data collection and reporting using APIs, Excel, and Google Sheets.

· Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across systems (CRM, work orders, customer accounts, etc.)

· Prepare Quarterly Business Review (QBR) presentations covering revenue, installations, and financial data.

· Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities; support ad-hoc reporting as needed.

Qualification and Experience:

· Bachelor’s or Master degree in Computer Science or any related field

· 1-2 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.

· 1-2 years of experience in working with Microsoft Power BI
