JOB PURPOSE / ROLE:
To conducts advanced quantitative analysis techniques and statistical models so as to develop, enhance and validate tailored value-added and generate data reporting and analytics, and data storytelling to support decision-makers in within SIMAH.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Policies, Processes & Procedures

Follows all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

Updates/develops the unit's policies, processes, and procedures as and when required.
Day- to-day operations
-
Conducts day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work.
Analytics
-
Conducts current analytical products and guide the development of tailored analytics products/services taking into consideration historical data retrieved from SIMAH database, market demand, standards from local and international regulatory authorities and client characteristics.

Work to ensure the continuous product enhancements to increase their effectiveness, efficiency, and product value in the market.

Works to Identify, promote and evaluate initiatives for the development of value-added product/service.

Work in testing and evaluation of all new value-added products against their specifications prior their launch to facilitate the provision of high-quality services and products to the market.

Follow and hold good knowledge in the current and future regulatory standards and specifications e.g., SAMA regulations.

Ensure feedback from members is obtained on value-added products/services and action points are implemented to continuously enhance products and services.
Reporting

Works in the preparation of timely and accurate reports of SIMAH to meet company and department requirements, policies, and standards.

Complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
Related Assignments

Performs other related duties or assignments as directed.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, MIS, finance, or mathematics
Minimum Experience:
-
3-4 years of experience in data analytics, MIS within banking or another relevant sector
Language:
English: Advanced
SOFT SKILLS & TECKNICAL KNOLWDING AREAS:
-
Very good numerical and analytical skills

Very good knowledge of MIS and data analytics

Experience of statistical and BI tools, e.g., SQL, Tableau, MicroStrategy
