Job is entry level for new gratudates, between june of 2024 to October of 2026.

Responsibility:

1. Monitor real-time data conversion efficiency across on/off-platform channels, diagnose performance fluctuation causes, and drive strategy optimization to ensure DAU growth and homepage conversion rates.
2. Oversee demand management for traffic-related products (home page, search, recommendation, transactions, push notifications), coordinate R&D implementation, and mitigate launch risks.
3. Propose differentiated traffic allocation strategies that align with business objectives.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or Master degree of business analysis or related major with SQL skill.
2. English proficiency, can be workable.
3. Previous internship experience preferred.
4. Structured problem-solving with logical output delivery. 5. Strong cross-functional collaboration and solution ownership in complex scenarios. 6. Self-motivated executor ensuring quality delivery in fast-paced environments.
