Lead, Digital Payments Business Analytics

Purpose of the job

Manage digital payments reporting and analytics in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders

Duties and responsibilities

• Conduct the ongoing business reporting and analytics activities for Orange Cash.
• Work closely with the internal teams for developing & extracting the needed reports and dashboards.
• Provide & establish new innovative & forecasting dashboards for identifying trends and opportunities for supporting the business.
• Engage with all Orange Cash business streams to provide ongoing analytics and support in driving business decisions.
• Translates complex datasets into strategic insights through visualizing results and providing recommendations.
• Conduct ongoing reporting to external stakeholders and regulators.
• Understand the market needs, articulate the business requirements & engage with relevant stakeholders; adding value to Orange Cash business management

Job specification

Education

• Bachelor degree from a well recognized university in one of the following fields: Bachelor of Business, Engineering or Computer Science

Experience

• 1 - 2 years experience in business analytics, Telecom background is a must.
• SQL, Tableau, Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Skills and Abilities

• Fluent English and Arabic is a must.
