BI Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to support our ROSCA product team by transforming data into actionable insights. You will play a critical role in analyzing user behaviors, financial transactions, and operational performance to enable data-driven decision-making. Your work will directly contribute to the growth, optimization, and scalability of the ROSCA product.

What You’ll Do

- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources (ROSCA platform, payment systems, user interactions).

-Design and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics (e.g., collection rates, churn, member participation, default rates).

-Perform cohort analysis and segmentation to understand user behaviors and product adoption.

- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in the ROSCA lifecycle (member sign-up, contribution, payout, defaults).

- Provide insights to improve customer engagement, operational efficiency, and product performance.

- Partner with Product, Finance, and Operations teams to support strategic decision-making.

- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Commercial teams to align data insights with business needs.

- Provide analysis to support experiments, feature launches, and user acquisition strategies.

-Build predictive models for member default probability, retention, and contribution patterns.

- Develop financial and operational forecasts to support planning and risk management.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in business or any related field

· 2–4 years of experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.

· Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar).

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

· Knowledge of financial products, microfinance, or fintech is highly desirable.

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and business-friendly way.
