Logistics Coordinator & Data Analyst (Bahraini Nationals)

Type: Full-Time

Location: Bahrain, Sakhir

Qualification and Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2–4 years of logistics or data analysis experience.
• Skilled in Excel, ERP systems, and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of shipping regulations and supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities includes but not limited to:

Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, and carriers.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve delays.
• Liaise with customs brokers, warehouses, and internal teams for smooth goods flow.
• Manage logistics documentation (B/L, invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions)
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies
• Liaise with government agencies for regulatory compliance

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Collect, clean, and analyze logistics and supply chain data.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports
• Identify trends, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks to recommend improvements
• Collaborate with finance and procurement to monitor landed costs and budget variances
• Provide data-driven insights for carrier and supplier negotiations
• Support strategic planning through forecasting and scenario analysis
