Job Summary

We’re hiring a Data Analyst - VBC with strong expertise in data analytics to support our Value-Based Care (VBC) and MSSP initiatives. The role focuses on transforming healthcare data into actionable insights that improve performance, compliance, and patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

>Analyze and manage CCLF, HCC, and quality data for MSSP and VBC programs.
>Develop interactive dashboards using Power BI to visualize performance trends.
>Perform data transformation and cleaning using Power Query (2–3 years of hands-on experience).
>Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to identify high-risk populations and monitor quality measures.
>Support CMS reporting, risk adjustment analysis, and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:
>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Public Health, or a related field.
>2–3 years of experience in healthcare data analytics or value-based care programs. >Proven skills in:
> Power Query (2–3 years).
>Power BI (2 years).
>Data Transformation & Interactive Dashboards.
>Understanding of CMS programs, HCC risk adjustment, and quality reporting.
>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
>Experience with EMR/EHR systems, SQL, and population health tools.

>Location: DHA Phase 6 (On-site)
>Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 06 PM – 03 AM (Night Shift)
